Arpineh Yeremian is a Partner at Wesierski & Zurek, LLP’s Los Angeles office, and focuses her practice on all aspects of general civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury matters including automobile, premises and governmental tort liability. She has handled all aspects of the litigation process from initial case management to trials as both first chair and second chair and also has experience with appeals.

Ms. Yeremian attended Southwestern University, School of Law, where she was the recipient of the Paul W. Wildman Scholarship and graduated in 2006. Previously, Ms. Yeremian graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University, Northridge, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Ms. Yeremian began her legal career at Wesierski & Zurek in 2007 and remained with the firm until 2017. She credits her vast litigation expertise and ability to her mentors at WZ who gave her many opportunities to learn and grow into a trial attorney. In 2017 she parted ways with WZ to help build and manage a litigation team for a boutique Plaintiff personal injury law firm. She specialized in medical malpractice, sexual assault, professional malpractice and all aspects of general civil litigation. She spent five years helping to develop this firm and learned the ins and outs of the Plaintiff litigation model from case inception to valuation and ultimately tried several Plaintiff cases to verdict. This experience provided her with invaluable insight into both sides of the bar. In 2022 she returned to her passion of defending litigation matters and took a position as in-house liability trial counsel for Zurich North America. Here, she handled large exposure general litigation matters and further learned the inner workings of being staff counsel for a global insurance company. Finally, as faith would have it, her career path led her back home, to where it all began – Wesierski & Zurek, where she continues to passionately defend her clients in all their matters.

Ms. Yeremian is licensed to practice before all the courts of the State of California, as well as the United States District Court, Southern District of California. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Armenian Bar Association and an active member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. She is fluent in Armenian and strives to always find work-life balance in order to enjoy time with her husband, two daughters and two pups.
