Danielle Straus works as a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney at Wesierski & Zurek LLP’s Orange County office.
Ms. Straus graduated from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She then earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2025. While at UCI Law, Ms. Straus served as an Associate Editor of the UC Irvine Law Review and as the Director of Communications for the Environmental Law Society. She also co-authored an article in the Daily Journal with UCI Law Professor Joseph DiMento.
Ms. Straus spent her first summer of law school as an intern with the U.S. Department of Energy and her second summer as a law clerk with Earthjustice. During her second and third year of law school, Ms. Straus worked as a student clinician for the Workers’ Law and Organizing Clinic and the Civil Rights Litigation Clinic. Additionally, she participated in a semester-long project with UCI’s Center for Law, Energy, and the Environment and engaged in pro bono work with the Environmental Law Institute.In her free time, Ms. Straus enjoys spending time with his family, watching the LA Chargers and playing golf.
In her free time, Ms. Straus enjoys spending time with her family, walking on the beach with her Newfoundland puppy, and watching Padres games.
