Layne Bukovskis attended the University of California at Irvine and graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. He thereafter earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1992. He was admitted to the California Bar in November 1992.

Mr. Bukovskis began his career practicing in medical and dental malpractice defense. He has also practiced in construction defect litigation and has represented clients, both large and small, in the amusement park industry in both civil litigation and administrative practice.

Mr. Bukovskis represents a number of clients In general civil matters and is experienced in litigation, administrative hearings, and appellate practice. He is licensed to practice law before all of the courts of the State of California and the United States District Court, Southern and Central Districts of California. Mr. Bukovskis is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and the Saint Thomas More Law Society of Orange County.

Mr. Bukovskis enjoys Notre Dame football and volunteering at his church doing catechesis and Southern Barbecue in his free time.
