Michelle Prescott is a Senior Partner with Wesierski & Zurek LLP. Prior to joining Wesierski & Zurek LLP, Ms. Prescott worked as an employment litigation associate with a law firm in Orange County and as In-House Counsel and Human Resources Director for the corporate office of a chain of retail jewelry stores. Before attending law school, Ms. Prescott worked for several years in both the accounting and human resources fields.
Ms. Prescott graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine, with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Anthropology. Ms. Prescott obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 2008.
Ms. Prescott is licensed to practice law before all the courts of the state of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
