Norman V. Ortega received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University.  Thereafter, he received his M.B.A. from Hofstra University.  Mr. Ortega went on to receive his J.D. from California Western School of Law.  While in law school, he received honors in Advance Legal Research. 

Mr. Ortega handles matters involving premises liability, motor vehicle claims, employment, and bad faith claims. 

Previously, Mr. Ortega has prosecuted and defended a range of matters in probate court, including trust contests, elder abuse actions, undue influence claims, will contests, power of attorney disputes, accountings, and claims involving breach of fiduciary duty. With his experience as a California Real Estate Broker, he has also litigated and tried real property matters concerning habitability, title fraud, construction, and HOA. 

He also volunteers with various organizations throughout California as a California Notary Public. 

In his free time, Mr. Ortega enjoys practicing and training combat sports focusing on Wrestling, Muay Thai, and Capoeira.
