WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We need an organized, detail-oriented paralegal who is passionate about litigation and thrives in a fast-paced legal setting. The ideal candidate excels at supporting attorneys at various experience levels, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring cases move seamlessly toward resolution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses; assist with filings in state and federal courts.
- Conduct basic legal research, gather documents, and coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses to ensure timely and accurate discovery.
- Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness lists; coordinate with courtroom staff and vendors to ensure smooth trial proceedings.
- Attending trial and handling all trial technology.
- Utilize various types of litigation software, including Trial Director
QUALIFICATIONS
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program (strongly preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Experience preparing and formatting legal documents, letters, spreadsheets.
- Extensive knowledge of court filings and calendaring.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to prioritize several projects in a deadline driven environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting defense litigation (insurance defense experienced is highly desired)

PAY RANGE
$55,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Salary is commensurate with experience.
