W. Scott McIntosh attended the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Theology minor. After obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon Law School, he returned to Los Angeles, where he clerked with a Superior Court Judge during law school. Mr. McIntosh’s practice initially concentrated on public entity defense work; his insurance defense background then expanded with a focus on premises liability and motor vehicle litigation, particularly the evolving landscape of rideshare liability. Within the firm, Mr. McIntosh brings this experience primarily to public entity defense and premises liability matters.
